The phSurgeProtector is a surge protection device for outdoor equipment against overvoltages caused by atmospheric events. The SPD blocks the voltage, protecting the system from surges up to 10 kV / 5 kA. It also protects against network overvoltages > 275 Vac. An LED indicates the SPD’s operational status. If the LED is off, the protection system needs to be replaced.
